New Login Process for Online Banking Coming Soon |
|
Streamlined Login Process We are implementing a more secure and "behind the scenes" process to validate your device (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone), as well as your username and password. After the upgrade on March 3, 2013, you will no longer see your Passmark picture and phrase that previously appeared when you logged in to Online Banking. In addition, you will no longer be prompted to answer Challenge Questions or formally register your computer. Our new technology will recognize if your computer has been used before to access the Online Banking system. Enhanced Security Settings We are also adding additional layers of security in the event you log in from a device that has not been used in the past. Instead of the simple challenge questions you used in the past, you may be asked to validate your identity through a one-time security code sent to you via a phone call or text (SMS) message. These enhanced security features are designed to help safeguard your financial information. ![]() Prior to March 3rd, please take a moment to make sure you have accurate and updated phone numbers on file in the Online Banking system. You can do this by logging in to Online Banking, clicking on Administration from the main menu then choose Manage Contact Information. This will allow you to see any phone numbers you have on record with the bank and make any necessary additions or changes to your phone numbers. ![]() If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact a member of our team at 770/748-1750. |
